Millerton Lake State Recreation Area
With over 40 miles of shore land for water sports, this SRA offers visitors swimming, fishing, and boating. The hills surrounding the lake provide good hiking opportunities. Wildlife in the park includes ground squirrels, cottontails, mule deer, badgers and bald and golden eagles. During winter, the park has special boat tours to view the bald eagles.
RC Baker Memorial Museum
Visitors will find fossils, Western ranch hand equipment and American Indian exhibits at the RC Baker Memorial Museum in Coalinga. There is also a fire engine and oil drilling equipment. Call 559-935-1914 for more information.

Wild Water Adventures
Located on 52 acres just 3 miles east of Clovis on Shaw Avenue. The park is filled with over 20 rides and attractions surrounded by trees, lakes and grassy picnic areas.
